I will then assess your product on the basis of the available clinical data and the proposed therapeutic strategy.

Boards & analyses

I will prepare and facilitate interviews/expert boards to determine the value of your product and its price in view of the requirements and regulations of the Heath authorities.

I will conduct a SWOT analysis to present the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats inherent to your Health product.

This will enable me, finally, to objectivate a gap or risk analysis on all dimensions (medical, economic, social, regulatory aspects, stakeholders, etc.).
